help, humor deficit

I don't understand the cartoon below. Any assistance would be appreciated.

    It's only a CHEMISTRY deficit you're suffering from ... I will say charitably ... you're out of the chem loop. H2O2 - get it? - is hydrogen peroxide. It's actually not a bad cartoon, STB.

    I GET IT!!!!! Woo-hoo!! Thanks, bvd. You're right -- it is a good cartoon. Just not for the chem-ignorant (but I might contend that it is as much about language as chemistry, so shame on me)
